Delivery & Returns

Pickup: In-store pickup is available at our Fgura or Attard locations.

Store Hours: Our store hours are as follows:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Saturday: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

Delivery: We offer delivery services throughout Malta and Gozo.

Order Process: Here's how our order process works:

1. Our sales team will contact you to confirm that we've received your order.
2. After confirmation, you'll receive a payment link.
3. Once your order is paid, we'll deliver it within 2-3 working days.

Delivery Fees: For deliveries in Malta:

• Orders under €65.00 have a delivery fee of €5.00.
• Orders over €65 have a reduced delivery fee of €3.00.

For deliveries to Gozo:

• There is a €10.00 delivery fee.

Returns: If you wish to return a product after it has been delivered, you can do so within 10 working days by presenting a receipt.

• Items can be exchanged or a credit note can be issued, valid for 6 months.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging and in good condition.
